Pittsford residents: the working draft of the 2027 Local Hazard Mitigation Plan is available for your review! From September 16 to October 7, submit any comments you may have regarding the 2027 Local Hazard Mitigation Plan update to [email protected] or [email protected].

You may also attend the October 7 Selectboard meeting to provide your feedback in person. You can view the working draft version of the plan at the Town Office (426 Plains Road) or https://tinyurl.com/pittsford-lhmp27. The Town also has enlarged versions of the Hazard Map at the Town Office and Fire Department, so you can see for yourself which areas the local Planning Team marked as vulnerable to flooding, high winds, and snow drifts.
