FEMA Approval (Local Hazard Mitigation Plan) – Rutland City

We are excited to announce that the 2025 Rutland City Local Hazard Mitigation Plan is live! The Plan received formal approval from FEMA on October 23, 2025, and will remain effective until October 22, 2030. You can access the FEMA-approved Plan at https://tinyurl.com/rutlandlhmp25 until December 19. After this date, the project page will be retired, and the Plan will be housed at the Rutland City Fire Department and on the RRPC website. On behalf of the local Planning Team, we want to thank those who contributed to the Plan update and anyone who may be interested in reviewing the City’s mitigation progress in the future.
